Welcome to Nance Tool & Stamping! David Nance from Milan,
Tennessee founded Nance Tool & Die in 1978. NTD was founded as a
specialty design and build tool & die company to service a variety
of manufacturing companies nationwide. Nance
property consists of approx. 35,000 combined sq ft, and has 20
surrounding acres which provides ample room for expansion!
STAMPING
In 1990,
Nance Tool & Die expanded adding a full service metal stamping
facility. We are now known as Nance Tool and Stamping. We have presses ranging from
20 through 400 tons and bed sizes
up to 48" x 120". Equipped with straight side automatic press
as well as hydraulic, we are capable of producing a vast range of piece
part sizes and configurations from the simplest to the most complex
designs. Our
press speeds range from 10 to 600 strokes per minute.
We currently
produce low and high volume stampings and design and build dies
for the automobile, hardware, appliance, lawn mower, building, furniture,
lighting, electrical, heating and air conditioning, conveyor and
computer industries, just to name a few.
TOOLING
With our CAD
design systems, CNC and Wire EDM equipped tool room machinery, we can
design/build and maintain customers: compound, blank, draw, form,
transfer, progressive or single station dies to produce parts to your
specifications assuring consistent part quality and production.
Our tool room is equipped with a 20,000LB capacity overhead crane.
